Triathlon Mastery provides everything you need to prepare confidently for Sprint and Olympic distance triathlon.

Your membership includes a personalised training programme delivered through the Training Tilt app, with structured swim, bike, run, and brick sessions that adapt to your experience, current fitness, and event goals. Every workout includes detailed instructions, Coach Ray's Level-based intensity guidance, and pace, heart rate, and power targets where appropriate. Training Tilt also integrates with Garmin and other leading fitness devices to automatically capture and analyse your training data.
